OoopopoiooO are rewriting a hundred years of electromagnetism. Exactly one century after the invention of the theremin, Valeria Sturba and Vincenzo Vasi unfurl the antennas of their evanescent instruments to defeat the monotony of today’s lobotomy. And they’re releasing their second album: *Electromagnetism and Freedom*. Behind this epic and hopeful title lies a work in which the duo seeks to transcend conventional musical forms, creating a pop blend where stylistically diverse elements coexist in harmony: contemporary music, minimalism, techno tarantellas, rap, folk music, and nursery rhymes to sing with your imaginary friend.
