TAPE  Crash Symbols

“The forest at night is a swarm of tensive lights and hyphal highways, where a brave Saprobiont launches his ‘Luminoso Radiomessaggio.’ Formed in moisture, mixing enzymes, carbon, larch bark and owl feathers fall from a dancing tree. Macromolecules of sound fly like pollen on boiling streams, while meditating cows levitate above the diamond sea of consciousness and ghosts surf the ocean of time.”

Named for the branching filaments that make up fungal mycelium, Hyphae is an organic collection that grew naturally out of related sounds and ideas. Composed over several years by Rimini-based multi-instrumentalist Andrea Rusconi, aka PAQ, Hyphae offers fragrant, but mellow psych, as complex and far-reaching as its namesake.
