This bundle combines the vinyl editions of Gnäw II and Mohammad Mostafa Heydarian’s ‘Noor-E Vojood’ and saves you a few bucks at the same time. Arash Ghasemi from Gnäw was born in Tehran, where he initially started playing music and found his way to experimental sounds. There is no doubt though that the sounds of traditional music have informed his journey. Heydarian is also from Iran and plays in a style much closer to old traditions. The combination of the these two albums provides a unique opportunity to experience the musical worlds of two young artists feeding from the same source and taking their art into very divergent directions…. that somehow intersect at the same time.
