SPETTROPAESE by Various Artists

14,00

SPETTROPAESE brings together thirteen tracks by artists from the Italian underground electronic and experimental scene. It is the second compilation released by Antinational Noise, following Comp_01 (2024). The title is taken from the closing track of the album, created by Marco “UBik” Bonini, in which the artist used sounds sampled in a remote provincial area. Giacomo Giunchedi chose to adopt the name to identify the entire work, using it metaphorically to highlight the relationship between a provincial mindset and cultural potential—often barely visible in today’s Italian landscape.
The music contained in the compilation manifests itself as the specter of a country clouded by politics and indifferent to the cultural ferment rising from the underground. SPETTROPAESE contains antifascist, antisexist, independent music.
